During these uncertain times due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we want to let you know the things we are doing to support our customers and employees. The health and safety of our employees and the customers we serve are our main concern and for that reason, we have implemented increased cleanings and some operating changes. We have asked our most at risk associates to work from home if they are able and if any employee is exposed to COVID-19, or feels sick, they are to stay home and quarantine.
We want to encourage you to use the online payment portal and phone IVR system to make your payments. We also offer the option to speak to an account manager by phone. At this time, we have staff working onsite and some staff working remotely. We are prepared to increase remote workers if that becomes necessary. The important thing is we are continuing to work and service your accounts and vehicles.
At this time, we are continuing to accept payments at our locations, but please use the drop slot in the door and call the location to have a representative assist you. We kindly request that you pay by card if you are able and not use cash. If cash is the only method you have, we are asking customers to use a an envelope and use the door drop slot. A representative will provide a receipt through the same slot.
Please do not congregate where you would be within 6 feet of another person while visiting any of our locations.
During these fluid and changing circumstances, communication is the most important tool in order to keep us informed regarding your situation. We are making every effort to work with your circumstances and we want you to be successful. Please call, email or respond to a text to keep us up to date on your circumstances.
As a country, we face a challenging time in the next several weeks but we look forward to a brighter future and we want to help you get through this journey.
